You can find us at Crown Hill Farm, not far from Junction 26 of the M25, so we’re really easy to access from Waltham Abbey, Loughton, Epping, Waltham Cross, Enfield, and further afield throughout Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and North London. We’re based in characterful old barn premises and have a clean, new, customer waiting area with free wifi, refreshments, a separate customer entrance and ample parking. We realise it can be a pain when your car is having work done at the garage so we have a courtesy car available for customer use (we advise booking this in advance to avoid disappointment) and if you’re in the local area, we can come and collect your car from your workplace or home, and drop it back again afterwards.

The good news is that if you live in the Waltham Abbey or Epping areas, there’s no need to take your Ford to the dealership for post-warranty servicing. When you come to Urban Auto, you’ll get a far more personal service and a level of workmanship which matches, and possibly exceeds the dealerships, and for a fraction of the cost.
